Read the first five pages of Christine's new novel, Nadia! Evans writes internationally produced plays, opera libretti, and fiction. Her work has been staged at the Sydney Opera House and many other venues, and her plays are published by Samuel French and can be viewed on the New Play Exchange. Originally from Australia, she is a Professor of Performing Arts at Georgetown University, and lives in Washington, DC.

This excerpt was powerful — raw, poetic, and full of emotion. It reminded me how storytelling can show up in many forms. I’ve been leaning into expressive pieces lately too, like the Martha May costume from JNJ Jackets. It’s whimsical and bold — a perfect blend of softness and strength, just like this piece.
I recently bought the Rip Wheeler Jacket from Real Jacket Maker, and it's exactly what I hoped for great quality and a perfect fit! As a huge Yellowstone TV Series fan, this jacket makes me feel like I'm part of the Dutton Ranch.
